Had a really good stay on my business trip. The view from our new-fashioned double room was magnificent. The room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. The location of the hotel was nice and ideal. The shuttle to-and-from the airport was a big plus. Moreover, the area was extra comfy.

Fast check-in and brand-new room with a convenient shower. Comfy location, within a short walking distance to everywhere. Fabulous and wonderful hotel that is only 0.5 miles from Bradley International airport.

Excellent, 3-star hotel with courteous staff and good wifi. Cheap and bright room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Quick check-in, late check-out. The shuttle to-and-from airport, heated pool. Great and ideal location for our needs, right by the airport and shuttle.

Absolutely amazing small hotel nestled in an elegant style building. Very welcoming and incredible staff. The location is marvelous in an excellent area, next to many restaurants. Easy access to Bradley airport and car rental return. Dunkin' Donuts offering takeout within easy walking distance of the venue.

The venue is excellent, clean and the location is marvellous and ideal close to the airport and shuttle, and Good restaurant. Bright comfy rooms, they are provided with shower, very comfortable beds, the toilet did n't flush. Facilities are pretty nice, and there's shuttle to-and-from airport. The pool is heated.

The rooms are spacious and modern, featuring air conditioning and a microwave. The customer service is top-notch, and they provide a shuttle to and from the airport.

The location was good and ideal, in the area at a very reasonable price, in the extremely comfortable area.

The staff and the room were nice, and the bed was super comfy. The room had a cool, modern vibe. 🛏️ The restaurant served up a great breakfast - we both loved our dishes!

The staff was exceptional and friendly, cookies were a treat, beds were comfortable, convenient location, clean and renovated rooms, complimentary water bottles.

It was all superb.

Friendly staff, quick check-in/out. Loved the bar after a Turkey-filled day with family. Great breakfast choices. Kudos to Susan for her excellent personality. Hope to return next year.

Property was very presentable. Clean on the outside when we walked in. Leaving after the 2nd day there was a very full garbage can outside that was smelly and unattractive when we were pulling out of the location you could see an employee was coming out to take care of it.

We had left early on Saturday morning for a hike when returning we found that we had no clean towels and our bed wasn't made. We returned about 2:30p my boyfriend called the front desk and was told that housekeeping had already been by. He proceeded to explain that we had no towels and our bed hadn't been made. Front desk rep told us that she would look into it. We knew that wasn't true that they had been by, so my boyfriend went to the hallway to speak with a housekeeper. She told us that she had been by our room earlier to remove our old towels and was coming back around later to make bed and give us new towels. I honestly don't think she would have been back. If that is the hotels procedure than that's fine but I don't think it makes logical sense to leave and come back why not complete the room when you enter the first time
